Shell became passionate about an integrated approach to health following adopting a vegetarian lifestyle.  She loves working with like-minded professionals in the business of healing the body through organic methods

For over 18 years she has worked as a commercial interior designer and college professor teaching design and drafting.  She holds a BA in Interior Design from Anderson University in Anderson, SC. 

Shell joined CrossFields’ growing team in 2019.  She enjoys working with doctors developing office environments that promote healing, wellness, and professionalism. 

Shell is an enthusiast of “all things” cinema.  If she is not spending time with her attempts at script writing, she is taking in a film at local theaters.  She also enjoys traveling with her small group from church and exploring the city with her husband Rodney.
