We offer full design services, including Architecture, Interior Design, Facility Planning, and Construction Services. We also offer necessary support services to help you during the process, including real estate, demographic research, and project management guidance.

If this is your first project, we should be involved in the very beginning (typically 12 to 18 months before you plan on opening). If you have an existing office, and it has been some time since you have gone through the process, you will be well served to have us assist you with preliminary planning.

Each project is unique with different circumstances and goals. Regardless of whether you have just come up with the idea or have already started down the track, we can assist you and help you reach your goals. The Complimentary Consultation is a 60 minute web meeting. During this free call, we will

Our services range from the “Do it Yourself” to “Complete Design, Engineering, Construction, and Furnishing Service”. As an example, we offer project planning services (defined as our “Goal Setter Timeline Package”) for $250. and design services, such as Consultative services that can be performed on an hourly basis starting at $1400. Our full-service package includes complete Design and Construction Services and is priced individually per project.

The most popular package is $7,700.

Yes, custom packages and services are available.

It is the first impression that your patients and future patient receives. It sets the stage for your professionalism, progressive knowledge, and a welcoming experience.

Design goes beyond paint choices and color palettes. The entire environment, including flow, function, and feel, are critical to your overall success.

An inviting, attractive appearance causes a patient to feel their healthcare is in the best qualified hands. A well-planned office also creates efficiencies and time savings. A nice design and tastefully decorated office causes your patients to refer others to your practice. Subsequently, a poor planned and subpar image creates doubt as to the quality and knowledge of the Chiropractor. The perception can be shared with others, casting a negative image on your practice.


Design can be a subjective process. The best approach is to use an accredited designer, a professional who knows how to bring function, flow, and balance to your space in a way that reflects your goals.


We offer complete Design services nationwide. We do offer Construction Support services, but that is dependent on your location. We can answer this question specifically for your practice during your Complimentary Consultation.


Construction costs vary dramatically depending on the type of project and its scope of work. For example: an updated paint scheme can do wonders for a price starting under $600. If the scope of work is a new office vanilla box build-out (a space that has the mechanical, electrical & plumbing infrastructure, but no interior walls) we typically see this cost starting around $60-$80 per square foot and up to $90-$100.


We currently do not offer financing, but are actively researching various lenders and anticipate being able to provide various financing sources in the future.

In the case of a new office lease, CrossFields may be able to assist you to receive favorable tenant improvement allowance and a payment schedule to off-set construction related expenses.

Before you begin the search process, we recommend getting our Real Estate Search Package. This process establishes the key size and building/development parameters you need to ensure your Real Estate agent brings you the best possible options. You save time and money with this package.

We then partner with and/or interact with independent Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firms to ensure you get the right design and construction input before signing the lease.


We recommend our Clients start by utilizing an online demographic source to determine some key statistics. Then you should drive around the proposed area to get a physical feel for community.

With this base knowledge, the Commercial Real Estate agent should be able to provide additional demographic and slated development activity for the area. We can direct you to an independent demographic research company that can provide you additional insight into the selected area, including other criteria such as location and number of competing practices.

There are several reasons:
a) We specialize in Chiropractic Offices, so we understand your needs and functions on a significantly deeper level than an architect.
b) We are a single company with architecture, interior design, and construction professionals under one roof, allowing us to integrate this knowledge and expertise into your design solution.
c) We are heavily focused on the building’s interior, allowing us to create an architectural interior design that establishes your desired practice image, enhances patient experience, and addresses all details, such as furnishing, décor, and proper layout for equipment. Because we have an extensive background in construction, we design within budget the first time.

We not only help establish a budget up front and focus to meet it but, as a design firm, we first evaluate and qualify your design plans and add the impact to meet your budget. Then we produce your permit drawings and assure you get what you expected. Unlike other contractors, we exclusively specialize in chiropractic office design.
