Lauren is a long-time patient and follower of holistic wellness and chiropractic. She is passionate about helping the holistic community become a more widely used and respected form of healthcare and believes they can do so if they have the right office.

As an undergrad, Lauren studied language arts at University of Georgia. After college, she was introduced to marketing while working for a national restaurant chain. Since then, she has obtained many marketing certificates and studies under marketing gurus.

In 2017, Lauren joined her family’s company, CrossFields, to help with consultations. Since then, Lauren’s job has transitioned into managing and expanding their social media, website, and marketing efforts. Her main focus is to help practitioners understand CrossFields’ goal of elevating the holistic healthcare profession.

At home, Lauren spends her time with her young son and daughter, husband, dog and cat. She loves baking and activities with her family, as well as being involved in church.
