You’ve heard of “the crazy cat lady”—but Sydney is the crazy dog, horse, and plant lady! She takes her inspiration for a healthy lifestyle from her love of nature.

She has a BS in Psychology and Neuroscience from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia. Post-graduation, Sydney launched into a diverse career path including human resources support staff, freelance copywriting and novel writing, and teaching therapeutic horseback riding lessons. These experiences have given her a broad skill base to live out her passion for loving others well.

Joining CrossFields in November 2022, Sydney enjoys her role as “Gatekeeper of the Documents” for clients while she assists and serves them through the onboarding process.

Sydney lives in Alabama and loves to spend time with her husband and animals, read, and create great stories.
